Right of withdrawal (or replacement of items)

1.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days from the day of receipt of the products, by sending a written communication by registered letter with return receipt to the address Fair Fashion S.r.l. - Via Stalingrado 71 / 5b, 40128 Bologna
1.2 The communication may be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, electronic mail (to the address ordini@ilturbante.it) provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
1.3 The communication referred to in the previous point must clearly and unequivocally specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal or replacement, attaching a copy of the receipt / tax invoice.
1.4 The Customer must then return the product to Fair Fashion Srl, at Fair Fashion Srl at its own expense. - Via di Stalingrado 71 / 5b, 40128 Bologna. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging.
1.5 Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Fair Fashion Srl will reimburse the amount of the products covered by the withdrawal as soon as possible upon receipt of the same.
If you have used free shipping for orders over € 80 but you decide to return part of the order and in which case the total order becomes less than € 80 Fair Fashion Srl will charge the cost of € 6.00 related to the costs of the first shipment (initially not charged).
Fair Fashion Srl also reserves the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or have been damaged.
1.6 If the recipient of the products indicated in the Order is different from the person who made the payment for these products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by Fair Fashion Srl to the person who made the payment.
1.7 In the event of withdrawal or replacement, Fair Fashion Srl is not responsible for shipping costs for return or any loss or damage to products attributable to third parties.
1.8 In any case, the return of the product to a place other than that indicated in the GTC is not permitted.
